National Bank of Kuwait has, once again, reasserted its unlimited support to developing the potential of its national staff through launching a new and high-level training program for talented NBK-Kuwaiti employees in collaboration with the American University of Beirut (AUB).This session of the talented staff development program entitled "Strategic Implementation" started on 17th January and will end on 21 devoted for 22 staff members selected from the various departments in the bank.
Highlighting the significance of the program, NBK-Kuwait Chief Executive Officer Isam Al Sager said in a speech delivered at the inauguration ceremony "The program focuses principally on management and leadership disciplines. It is designed to provide the participants with the knowledge and skills they need to fulfill their potential as the next generation of NBK leaders".

This course was delivered by Dean of AUB- Olayan School of Business, Dr. George Najjar who personally shouldered the responsibility of delivering the training sessions.
